  • e-readers vs paper: How do you like to read?

The old-fashioned way - on paper.

Nothing compares to the feel of a real paper book in my hands. Also I write in almost every book I read, and that is a little difficult to do in the electronic versions.

  • Are you getting an H1N1 vaccine?

Nope. I am still convinced that H1N1 is a joke. It's just the flu!

I know a couple people that have had it. Yes, they were sick, but no different than actual flu symptoms.

  • What do you think of Tiger Woods' recent marital issues?

If you make your money as a public person, you should expect scrutiny when you screw up.

Everyone gets hassled when they screw up. it is just on a bigger scale if you are famous.

  • How much are you spending on holiday gifts?

Less than $100. My low spending really has nothing to do with the economy ...I'm crafty and I think homemade gifts show more heart!

  • As a leader, I think Sarah Palin is ...

    ... a joke.

Way too conservative, anti-women's rights, anti-animal rights - not to mention basically stupid!

  • Would you give up meat to help the planet?

I'd be willing to eat less meat. But I'd like to see people actually giving up their SUVs.

I'm willing to do a lot to help the earth, but I'd like to see more people give up or change just a little.

  • Should Larry Johnson have been suspended?

Yes. It was appropriate given what he said.

With a team that loses as often as the Chiefs, all they have to hold onto is their image.

If he is making remarks about his team members and making gay slurs, he should be suspended.

My work week's been reduced. But I work in retail so my work week is always fluctuating anyway...

  • Does Obama deserve the Nobel Peace Prize?

Yes. It seems to me the only people who don't like or appreciate Obama live in our own country.

Perhaps it is still early in his presidency, but he is making a name for himself as a peace advocate, which is miles away from what our last president did.

    I say congrats to him!

  • Rio or Chicago? Who should have the Olympics?

Rio. Some of Chicago’s residents were against it. They have rarely completed such a large project on time and their budget is in the tank! Not to mention 84% of Chicago residents were against using public funds to have the Olympics there. Let Rio have the glory. The U.S. gets to host them way more than anyone else, anyway.
