Sounds nice and nurturing. Companies are scrambling for great employees and it always seems to boil down to how everyone is treated. Kudos on landing it! That mentor ship piece is a diamond in the rough.

Glad you liked the Quaff. My cousin Joe Bonino owns the place. But that's not why I recommend it. It does have a good atmosphere. :)
