Rio. Some of Chicago’s residents were against it. They have rarely completed such a large project on time and their budget is in the tank! Not to mention 84% of Chicago residents were against using public funds to have the Olympics there. Let Rio have the glory. The U.S. gets to host them way more than anyone else, anyway.
