The 2008 Austin City Limits festival lineup was announced today. Acts scheduled to appear over the three-day event include Beck, Gnarls Barkley, The Raconteurs, The Black Keys, Patti Griffin, Backdoor Slam, Silversun Pickups, Band of Horses and way too many more to list here.

Overall the list feels a little underwhelming compared to last year's, which featured at least one band worth seeing at any point during the day. This year's schedule seems pretty backloaded. Still, it's a great show for the money and besides, what else are you going to do in September?

Here's the complete schedule.

Underwhelming? Sounds pretty good to me.
I second that emotion, Sarah Benson.
I agree with you Trevan... too much on the last day. Only Mars Volta and Gogol Bordello worth seeing on the first night.
i think it looks amazing!!
