I'm interested in hearing people's weight loss success stories for a possible column. Maybe you lost 50 pounds, maybe you've been hitting the weights or maybe you lost that last five pounds you've been trying to get rid of for months or years. No matter how big or small tell me about your goals and/or accomplishments.

I lost weight by eating right. I stopped eating the junk. I eat mostly salads and fruits. I lost weight down to one hundred eighty pounds. That's good for a height of six foot. Smile

Last winter I was 235 post marathon. I went on a diet and training routine and competed in my first natural body building contest (no steroids) in april at a ripped up 175 lbs. This was all by cutting carbs, bread and sugars. It was easy and very benefitial.
