ok, let me just be the first to say that lost has officially returned with one of the most kickassdelicious episodes of the entire series....

ben has been my favorite character for a while now, and after this episode you may understand a little more why. his beating stick skills were impressive!

it seems like time travel is going to take a central spotlight for the rest of the series and i cant wait to see how the doctor dies, how they get off the island, how ben called the monster out and what the hell are these rules they're talking about?
