Hi
How would one go about getting a sub-heading added to a particular section of the Forum? For example, I'd like to add a 'Fertility' or 'Infertility' (or both?) sub-heading under either Health or Sex (or both?). Is it something as a user I could do, but am simply not seeing the button/link to make it happen - or would I have to go up the food chain to get this done. "New Topic" doesn't help, that's adding someting to an existing sub-heading.
