Apparently Miley Cyrus coveting another girl's breasts is a story to some people http://www.femalefirst.co.uk/celebrity/Miley+Cyrus-22806.html.  Whatever.  The reason I'm posting this is because of the information at the end that involves Hugh Hefner saying that once Miley is 18 she would be more than welcome to pose for Playboy Magazine.  Is this legal?  Can you line up a 15-year-old to appear nude in your magazine even if you wait until she's of age?  I understand that Hef has to scope for talent, but he should probably keep the fact that he has a tween queen in mind to himself.

Some events in the olympics are strange and clearly for niche fans.  Curling, water polo, the biathalon to name a few.  But none is stranger and more annoyingly pointless than handball.  Curling, while not physically taxing (at least in appearance, I've never done it) it seems to involve concentration, hand eye cordination and muscle control (again, it appears so to me).  So curling, while odd, is presumably hard.
Water polo looks like people competitively playing in a pool.  It's still hard, even if you look like you're playing a game invented in five minutes.
The biathalon is two real events combined to cut down on the amount of TV hourse wasted covering them.
Handball.  What the hell is this?  I watched it and tried to understand how it was played.  The players bounce the ball occaisionally.  Every time they take two steps, I think.  The point is to throw the ball into a soccer goal that has been shrunk down.  What I gathered from observing handball is that it is a sport for people who are bad at soccer and basketball.  It combines aspects of both games, and then dumbs it down.
Remember when you were 7 years old and wanted to play basketball with the big kids, so they would make up special rules for you.  You could double dribble and you got a point for hitting the backboard.  Well they turned that into an olympic event and named it handball.

I've been sitting around for far too long at my menial, unrewarding job.  I'm going to continue my education.  I'm going to apply to get my MBA through Northwest Missouri State University.  I don't know what brought on this sudden inspiration to improve myself.  Maybe it's just the right time and I'm ready to expand my life.  Maybe it's a greater power from above reaching down to guide my path.  I think an MBA is the way to go.  And through NMSU I can do it online, so I can keep working.  Have you ever felt that sudden burst of inspiration like you're fed up with just treading water and wallowing in the sad pathetic life you had once been content with?  Well that bolt of lightning struck this Savage Animal.  I hear Missour Southern State University is good too, I should check them out too.  Anyone gone through these programs?  Tips?

I think the Chiefs should trade for Brett Favre. And here's why:

- It's the kind of place the Packers want to send him.  We don't play in their Conference, let alone Division, so he can't hurt them.
- They could do worse.  Brody Croyle isn't exactly a solid foundation for QB.  And Damon Huard (who I thought wasn't with the team) is old.  Why not have an old MVP instead of an old career-backup.
- It's a KC tradition.  Warren Moon, Joe Montana, Marcus Allen.  KC loves to get superstars in the twilight of their careers.  Here's another great chance to do that.
- It couldn't hurt.  The AFC West isn't exactly the toughest division.  Favre could be worth enough wins to get to the playoffs.  And even if his gunslinger ways cost us a few games, it won't be anything new.  Might as well go down guns a blazing.
