Was down at the ol P&L last night for a night of food, drink, bowling, and dancing...  Well 2 out of 4 aint too bad i guess.

We started off at Lucky strike... had some great food and drinks while we all waited for out lane to open up.  I think if you don't have one reserved you a wait about 1 - 2 hours, which isnt that bad, cause it gives you time to eat dinner and "what not".  The music they were playin started to make us want to dance...  nice mix of techno/trance beats and modern hits...   but one problem...  no dance floor...  and where i would put one, if i were the owner, were 4 pool tables takin up way too much real estate.  Bangin sounds, about 1000 square feet of room for a dance floor, and only about 10 ppl were in that space playing pool...  what a waste!  

Our lanes opened up and off we went...  now out of mood to bowl, we just decided to hang out while our friends tossed a ball or two(literally) into the air at some shiny white things... about 20 minutes or so into the game, some person come over to tell out group that we needed to leave the area and they would try to move the game to another lane. So as everyone is packing up, and i see a small entourage of slightly uber cool looking folk walking our way...  an 8 foot tall red head was leading the pack or guys to our spot.  They all looked a bit familiar, but i could place it yet...  so it seems we were kicked off out lane so that Finger Eleven could toss some balls around... which is fine, cause i like one of their songs. :)
