What is it with the word like?
Everything is like. Or is it?
Can't we find other words or phrases to put in it's place?
Can the word like be retired or shelved?
And, don't get me started on "you guys". There was a sweet time when there were boys, men, and guys. Now, we're all just guys. Even a room full of old ladies was overheard being referred to as guys.
"Ok guys, get out your pocketbooks and make a donation..."
It's weird.
yeah I hate that term. I also despise when someone says "it's a catch 22" ew. raises the hair on the back of my neck !!!!
