So Jenn Hack arranged a lovely tour of Boulevard Brewery for our staff today.

But since David Cook came to town, only a few of us got to go - me, Lindsay, Jenn, Sarah and boyfriend Tommy.

For those of you who haven't been, the tour begins in a room where the drinking commences after the tour.

We watched a video of the brewing process that was still a bit scientific to understand (although there were little cartoons of smiley-faced yeasts eating sugars and converting them to alcohol that we all remember).

Then we walked through the brewery, where we saw the employee bar - a bar where employees can actually come to and - apparently - drink for free.

Lindsay wanted to know when Ink was getting one of those, so I just reminded her that her desk drawer could easily be converted into a bar...

After the tour, we got sent back to the place we watched the video, where we had 25 minutes to drink as much free beer as we could handle.

Which, if you're our size, is about four baby Boulevard shot glasses full.

Now is the time I need those of you who work at Boulevard or have been on previous tours to settle a bet for us:

Do you get to take your baby Boulevard glass home, or do you have to give it back?

Discuss.

see... now this just made me thirsty! Crap! Oh wait... I have Boulevard on tap at my office :-D Problem solved! Haven't been on the tour, but we did a company get together down there and put away a lot of free beer while socializing! W2
