As i surf the musical wasteland that is kc fm radio, i noticed that sometimes certain songs bring back movie memories.. for example, when ever i heard "tequila" by the champ.. i have to do the Pee Wee dance.  it dosent fail.. Wherever i'm at.. what ever i'm doing.. i have to dacne like freaking pee wee herman (needless to say i did not get the job at Corona Cantina).  When "Stuck in the middle with you" by Steeler's wheel come's on.. i get a pain in my ear and i smell gasoline.  I can't stop thinking about Jim carrey warbbaling "Somebody to love".  sometimes it's a welcome mini break from reality, reliving a scene from a favorite movie (singing in the rain) or even getting a little watery eyed (fivel singing "somewhere out there" still gets me choked up).  but by far the most disturbing and dangerous song is Q lazzerus "goodbye horses"  that will haunt me till the day i die.  *want to goof with your friends.. make them wait for you while you get ready/changed.. have that song playign in the background* It's a good song and a classic scence.. in fact i giggle when i think of it.. but what does that say about me....

i work part time at a video rental place that will remain annonymous (but it ryhtmes with Lackluster) and evrytime a new, highly anticpated movie comes out.. one week before, a cheap terrible knock off comes out.  Case in point, when the movei Transformers came out, right there on the video shelf was the movie TRANS-MORFERS.  I am legend = I am Omega.  Speed racer transmorphs into Street racer.  i used to think that there was no way people would fall for that.  that the hollyowod fat cats had no faith in out intelligence.. were not just slack jawed yokels that ooo and ahhh over shiney things.  but here's the rub.. we are.  Dont rent these movies.  if you want to see Indiana jones and the kingdom of the crystal skull, see it.  dont rent "allan quarterman and the crystal kingdom of skulls".  if it says Alien vs hunter... hunter is not predator.. if we stop watching these horrible movie.. maybe they will stop making them.... hoipefully
