The other night I was working late and flipped on the tv while I took a snack break.  I was already knee deep in grapefruit before I realized that Big Brother wasn’t on and that, horror of all horrors, George Tkei of Star Trek was singing.  My sticky fingers had done me in – I was trapped into watching the newest reality show, “The Secret Talents of the Stars.”

I guess I could have attempted a channel change with my nose, ditched the grapefruit and made a run for Monica’s collection of Purell or even called SOS to the sports dept., but honestly, it just takes a lot more than an awkward Trekee country tune to distract me from my favorite citrus fruit. 

Big confession time.  Nobody knows this about me.  There’s no one I could tell.
