Based on the bajillion hours ive spent on this topic, id say its REALLY accurate. Sure, there is dramatization but nothing to over the top. McCullough knows his stuff. He's not one to gloss over some of the "darker" parts of their history.2thumbs up here.

Article Idea: Transferable Skills. I was in Higher Education for 7 years before I left to go to the private sector. I now do Business Development for a Clinical Research Company in OP, KS and I'm approaching my year anniversary from taking the leap.

The thing about Farmers is that they put a high value on taking care of their people. The pay is good, but they really set you up for success with things like performance planning and mentoring. It's great to have a job where they value personal success.
