Jo, Allison, Cherryh and Tricia partied SATC style last night at Mosaic.
My girlfriends and I rocked cute dresses and hit the hot pink carpet last night at Mosaic for Ink's VIP S.A.T.C party.
We enjoyed free martinis named after our favorite N.Y. girls and swag bags from Standard Style. For a minute, we felt like Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte.
A fan of the SATC series, I've seen the movie and loved every second of it. However, some critics are saying that it's too outrageous to believe that a woman would spend $500 on a pair of shoes, especially now when our economy is in the toilet. Maybe it is, but that's the point.
For 2.5 hours, you don't have to think about your debt, bills or responsibilities. Instead, you can live in a world of beautiful people, Jimmy Choos and $900 purses. The non-reality of it all is the whole point.
Why would you sit through a movie that mirrored your everyday life? Boring!
