Procreate: Tissue-box cover
1. Cut out a square of fabric that, when draped over the square tissue box, measures 1 inch longer than the box on all four sides.

2. Lay the fabric facedown and place the tissue box in the center. Trace the bottom of the box with a pencil or fabric chalk.

3. Cut a slit in the center of the box you drew. Draw a line from each corner of the box to its respective corner of fabric. Cut along each of those lines.

4. Place the piece of fabric, right side up, over the tissue box, and pull the tissues up through the slit you cut. Pin the square of fabric to the top of the box to secure, ensuring the corners of the fabric line up with the corners of the top of the box.

5. Wrap the hanging fabric around the sides of the box (pin in place if you have to) so that on two opposite sides, the fabric overlaps to form a Y-shape. Glue the overlapping fabric together with fabric glue. Allow to dry.

6. Trim up the bottom of the tissue-box cover or tuck it in so it's even with the bottom of the box.

Between rejoicing the return of fall weather and rejoicing the return of fall television, I assembled an adorable cozy for an ordinary box of tissue.
This no-sew project adds color and style to a commonplace facial-tissue package. Repurpose an old sweater to add an extra dose of warmth during cold season.
