Jenn Morton, 35

Who she is: Marketing and promotions director for Entercom Communications Corp.

What she’s doing: Planning Rockfest

All work, no play: You won’t catch Morton drinking beer between bouts of head-banging at Rockfest.

She’ll be cruising around in a golf cart, transporting rockers.

Morton says musicians become unruly when you hit a bump and spill their beer.

Rockfest is a fulltime job for Morton, who represents 98.9 The Rock, 96.5 The Buzz and 99.7 The Boulevard.

These past few weeks, she’s been so busy planning the one-day music festival — 50,000 people are expected to attend — she sometimes sleeps at the office on a cot.

Morton, who lives on a Ray County farm, says she loves her job despite the long hours.

“You work around people who love what they’re doing,” she says. “I mean, we play the radio for a living.”

Another job perk? Morton rocks jeans one day, a power suit the next. She mixes it up with electric blue glasses and skull-print socks. “You always gotta be a little rock ’n’ roll.”

Jen is awesome and she certainly did her share of cursing..mostly at me!! LOVE YA JEN!!
